EU in Bosnia and Herzegovina - Bosnia and Herzegovina in EU: Lessons Learned

Mr. Osman Topcagic, director of the Directorate for the European Integration of Bosnia and Herzegovina , gave a lecture titled 'EU in Bosnia and Herzegovina - Bosnia and Herzegovina in the EU: Lessons Learned."

Mr. Topcagic talked about the strategy and politics of European integration in general, with a focus on the part of the European integration process that Bosnia and Herzegovina has already completed. Mr. Topcagic emphasized that European integration is very complex and long-term process which includes all levels of state power and demands essential reforms.

He also emphasized that the EU is a "moving target" that is constantly developing and changing, and that time is a very important factor in the integration process.
