VISIT OF THE US AMBASSADOR |
His Excellency US Ambassador Charles English visited the Research and Documentation Center to learn about the work of the RDC. RDC President Mr. Mirsad Tokaca gave a presentation about the organization’s completed projects, and also presented the projects the RDC plans to complete in the coming period. Mr. English was especially interested in the results of the Human Losses in Bosnia and Herzegovina 1991-1995 project.

VISIT BY INTERNATIONAL DELEGATION OF STUDENTS

An international delegation of students from Global Youth Connect today visited the RDC Library and Club.
Global Youth Connect () is an international organization which helps educate young people in the active promotion and protection of human rights, and to aims to inspire future generations to work on building peace and understanding.

VISIT BY STUDENTS FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF DENVER

Fourteen University of Denver students who are interning in nongovernment organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina this year, visited the RDC today.

REPRESENTATIVES FROM PRIJEDOR VISIT THE RDC
|
Representatives from the nongovernment organization Local Democracy Agency Prijedor (LDA Prijedor) today visited the RDC. LDA Prijedor's mission is to promote reconciliation, coexistence, tolerance and cultural dialogue.

VISIT FROM US STUDENTS |
As part of a visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina, 15 students from the University of North Carolina (USA) visited the RDC.The purpose of the visit was to become acquainted with the work of the RDC.

The training program on the Information System
for Human Rights Organizations

The Research and Documentation Centre, in cooperation and with the support of the Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs organized the conference Information System for Human Rights Organizations, June 23rd- 27th 2008, at the RDC's Library and Club, in Sarajevo.

His Excellency Imre Varga, the Hungarian Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina, on 21 May 2008, gave a lecture titled "Future accession of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the European Union and strong relations developed between B&H and Hungary" .

FOR THE FUTURE |
His Excellency Michael Schmunk, German Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina gave a lecture in the RDC Library and Club. The theme of his lecture was 'Truth and reconciliation in post-conflict society as a basis for the future' .

VISIT BY STUDENTS FROM NORWAY |
A group of 40 students and lecturers from the University College of Nord-Trøndelag visited Bosnia and Herzegovina as a part of a course that focuses on conflict resolution, genocide, cultural understanding and human right.

VISIT BY STUDENTS FROM THE NOHA FACULTY |
Guillaume Wunsch, Professor from the Université catholique de Louvain; Cahterine Gurbin, Professor from the Université catholique de Louvain; Sylvia Maria Stoll, Research Specialist from the Network of Humanitarian Assistance with 12 students from NOHA Faculty visited the RDC Library and Club to learn more about the RDC mission.

His Excellency Karel E. Vosskuhler, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands , on Thursday, April 24 th 2008, gave a lecture in the RDC Library and Club. The theme of his lecture was 'The Netherlands and Bosnia and Herzegovina from the Perspective of European Integration' .

VISIT OF THE MEMBERS OF THE FRENCH ASSOCIATION ACADÉMIE |
Fifteen students and members of the French association Académie, which was established in Clermont-Ferrand within the University of Auvergne , visited the RDC.

VISIT OF COMMUNITY REPRESENTATIVES FROM NORTHERN IRELAND |
During a study visit to Sarajevo , fifteen community members from Northern Ireland who are involved in the process of capacity building with the aim to support peaceful and stable societies, visited the RDC and met with RDC representatives.

Visit of interparlamentarian union delegation of Great Britain |
The president of the RDC , Mr. Mirsad Tokaca, yesterday received the Interparlamentarian Union Delegation of Great Britain in the RDC Library and Club. The delegation was on an official visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina from 31 st of March to 4 th of July 2008.

Within the scope of the Visiting Program organized by the YIHR, young professionals from Serbia and Kosovo visited the RDC Library and Club to learn more about the RDC mission, projects and activities.

European Way - Experience of Austria |
On Thursday, March 20th 2008, H.E. Werner Almhofer, the ambassador of the Republic of Austria in Bosnia and Herzegovina held a lecture in RDC Library and Club. The theme of the lecture was European Way- Experience of Austria.
